The desserts online containing alcohol has the alcohol baked inside. We will verify the age of the purchaser on each order containing a dessert with alcohol. If the age can not be verified, we will cancel the desserts containing alcohol and ship the other items in the order.
Yes, in store pickup is available from our downtown Dallas location. Please be mindful, pickup is only available during our regular operating hours and the retail location is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Your will need to schedule your pick up accordingly.
Yes, of course, we can wrap your package beautifully and add a small card with your greetings. You can select the gift wrapping option via the website and include any other details regarding the it (ie: birthday. retirement, just because, Mother's Day, Father's Day. etc.)

We need 1-3 business days to prepare your order. We ship orders as fast as we can in order for you to receive them as soon as possible.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days for delivery. Other orders are shipped via ground mail with takes up to 5 days for delivery. Keep in mind that once your order is accepted by the post office, any issues or delays regarding delivery has to be directed to your local post office. We are no longer responsible for it.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds unless an unintended mistake was made by Alky Therapy Desserts. In this case please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order. If delivery information is given incorrect or incomplete, which results in a delay or non-delivery, the order will not be eligible for any refunds. You will have to pay an additional shipped fee for your order to be reshipped if it is returned to us.
YES! Our desserts make great gifts, so we’re happy to include personal messages. Just send us an email including your name and order number along with the message and we will include it in your order.
